## Run and edit

Serve this folder using a static HTTP server, then open index.html. There is no build step, external font, image service or JavaScript library. All page URLs and resources are relative. It also works when hosted at a subdirectory.

Edit the HTML for copy, navigation and sample content. styles.css begins with the color tokens. SVGs in assets/ contain editable paths and live text and use only system font stacks. JavaScript enhances navigation and filters; information and all navigation links remain accessible without JavaScript. The enquiry submit button is disabled until the local handler is installed; blank-brief.txt is a non-JavaScript fallback.

## Working interactions

menu category + dietary filters; workshop enquiry topic links; native local brief preview and text download. Mobile navigation supports Escape and returns focus. The brief uses native required/minlength validation and a native dialog, generates a real UTF-8 text Blob, and returns focus when closed. Blob URLs are cleaned up on document disposal while preserving back-forward-cache pages. No form request, analytics, email, account or payment is sent by this demo.

Every page includes a motion pause control. prefers-reduced-motion disables decorative movement. Controls have focus indicators and minimum touch sizes; grid layout collapses at small screens.

## Real launch requirements

Replace the fictional brand, service/menu/course content and demonstration statements with accurate owner content. Add actual contact details, policies and verified access information. Connect a booking/ticket provider, live dates, capacity and confirmation/cancellation handling before offering reservations or events. Keep ingredient and allergen data accurate.

Source artwork and code are original; there are no copied competitor resources. Usage and distribution are governed by the license supplied with the owner product package, rather than any third-party marketplace license. This README does not choose commercial permissions.

## Support scope

This is an editable static template. Backend integrations, copy adaptation, hosting services and custom work are separate. The owner storefront defines support channels and response expectations. Do not leave fictional demo copy live as if it were a real business.
