Public browsing does not require sign-in. This notice explains how Dhebe Digitals operates this store; hosting, ChatGPT sign-in and Cashfree also operate under their respective service policies.
Accounts and requests
ChatGPT sign-in supplies a site-specific account ID and email. Signed-in requests store that identity with the display name, use case, requested format, details and creation time you submit. This allows store review and account-linked support. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or payment credentials.
Carts and purchase snapshots
A guest cart stores product IDs, source versions and a license ID in this browser. Signing in can merge those choices with an account-linked database cart. The server supplies prices and validates availability before checkout. Paid order items retain their product, version, license, price and bundle-membership snapshots; later catalog edits do not silently rewrite that record.
Orders and protected downloads
Order records associate a product, edition/version, amount, currency and payment state with the signed-in account. Payment verification controls access to source downloads. Time-limited audited download grants are used for delivery. A signed link may be reused until expiry; it is not described as a one-use link. We do not receive or store payment-card numbers through the store form.
Cashfree checkout
When you intentionally start an enabled checkout, your phone and the order/customer information needed for that payment are sent to Cashfree. Checkout is unavailable when the store has no active payment configuration. Cashfree's hosted interface handles payment details.
Optional usage analytics
Analytics are off by default. If you opt in, the store sends a temporary browser-session identifier, product ID and an event such as product view, demo open or sample download. It does not attach your email, search terms, page query, referrer or form details. The consent choice is stored on this device; the identifier is kept only in session storage and removed when you turn analytics off. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep these optional events off.
Usage data is used for product decisions, with a 90-day retention window and daily deduplication. The owner workspace summarizes the most recent 30 days. There are no third-party advertising trackers in the new shop pages. The original storefront loads its declared Google Fonts; your browser may contact that font service.
Security and retention
Store requests and order records are held in the site's database and are available through authorized server routes. Abuse prevention may use a short-lived, keyed rate-limit representation of the connection address; raw IP addresses are not stored in application analytics. Infrastructure providers may process connection and operational data independently. Requests and purchase records are retained as needed for support, delivery and legitimate recordkeeping; the 90-day usage window does not promise deletion of purchase records.
