A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Choosing an asset.

What is available now?

Original SVG samples and working template demos are public. Full source packages are described on their product pages. Actual payment availability is checked by the server; a concept listing or example price is not a purchasable offer.

Is this a Webflow or Framer template?

The current website templates supply HTML, CSS and JavaScript. They are edited in code and can be self-hosted. They are not native Webflow or Framer projects. A future native edition would be identified explicitly.

Can I edit the illustrations?

Yes. Included SVG source uses editable vector paths and, where applicable, live text. The Design studio customizes selected public samples and exports actual SVG/PNG files. Import support does not imply a native Figma component library.

What is native about the Slidecraft deck?

The PPTX contains editable text, shapes, charts, tables and speaker notes. It uses Arial/Georgia references rather than embedded font software. A three-slide PPTX sample lets you inspect a workflow, chart and table before choosing the complete source edition.

Using your files.

How do paid downloads work?

Where checkout is enabled, use your account to buy. The server verifies payment, then Purchases can generate a protected source link. A browser redirect is not proof of payment. A fresh link can be requested after an older one expires.

May I use this for client work?

The commercial-v1 license permits finished personal and client work. It does not permit reselling or redistributing a standalone source pack or turning it into another stock/template library. Read the complete license for the distinction between a customized client website and template resale.

Do the template forms send enquiries?

The standalone template demos build local text briefs only. They do not send email, book sessions or enroll participants. The store's signed-in Requests form is different: it stores an actual request for review.

How can I report a problem?

Use Requests & support with the relevant product/order ID, application/version and reproducible steps. Keep private client data, passwords and payment credentials out of the form.
