Before buying, inspect the live demo, actual samples, included file inventory, software requirements and license. A native PowerPoint file, SVG graphic and HTML template are different products. Compatibility with an import tool is not a promise of a native edition.
Missing or inaccessible download
- Open Purchases with the account used at checkout.
- If the order is pending, use its payment-verification control. A checkout redirect alone is not payment confirmation.
- After verified payment, request a fresh protected download. Links are time-limited; use Purchases to generate another.
- If delivery still fails, submit a support request with the order ID, product and a clear description of the issue.
Defective files or incorrect contents
Report the product version, application/version used, steps to reproduce the problem and what differs from the listed contents. Do not upload confidential projects or credentials. The store will review the issue and the appropriate remedy, which may include a corrected file, restored delivery or a refund where appropriate.
Duplicate or unexpected charge
Use the refund topic in the signed-in request form and provide relevant order identifiers. Do not send a card number, banking password or one-time code. Payment records must be checked before a remedy can be confirmed.
Review rather than an automatic promise
No universal approval rule, processing timetable or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is stated here. Applicable legal rights and the circumstances of the transaction govern. A request confirmation means the issue was recorded; it does not itself confirm a refund or completed payment reversal.
